THE COMPANY

Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Premise – Creams, Gels & Ointments Production
The company was founded in 1993, out of years of experience and collaboration with Italian companies’ experts in the chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic fields. Since then, we have introduced a manufacturing site for the production of semi-solid forms (creams, gels & ointments) for dermatological care.
Situated in Lagos, the company is an authorized premise for the pharmaceutical manufacturing and sales, under the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) and the National Agency for Foods Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC).
Our production site and Quality Control Department are backed by Italian technology and innovative laboratory instrumentation.

Utilizing over 25 years of experience and success in the industry’s business, we offer contract manufacturing services to pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies worldwide. Our new product support team comprises of highly trained scientists, sales personnel and market researchers, who work closely with our partners’ organizations to successfully develop products from the earliest conception stage up till product commercialization.

Production
Services

The production process is a fully automated one. Our manufacturing area is equipped with a turboemulsifying mixer, two fully automated filling machines and two packaging and wrapping machines.
All production equipment and manufacturing processes are fully validated and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice compliant.

Quality
Control

The Quality Control (QC) department comprehends Chemical and Microbial laboratories equipped with modern instrumentation.
All QC activities are constantly monitored and carried out by adequately trained technical staff. Finished Products, Process Water and Raw & Packaging materials comply with the European / British / America’s Pharmacopoeias and Nigerian Industrial Standard (NIS).

Ware-House
Services

Our warehouses are constantly monitored for temperature and humidity.
All in-coming materials (Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Finished Goods) are thoroughly checked and released for Production and Sale only upon satisfactory approval by the Quality Control Department.

Manufacture

Our unique project management team is designed to fulfill customers with the highest quality products according to their requirements.
We offer a 360° Contract Manufacturing Service; from the earliest stage of product conception to product formulation, development & regulatory registration in Nigeria.

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

The selection process in OZAH begins with a clear definition of the responsibilities and personal characteristics deemed most appropriate for the position. Identification of the most potential candidates is achieved through a screening of Curriculum Vitae and application forms received. The candidates included in this shortlist will be called for a series of individual interviews, starting with the Human Resources Department and followed on by the Heads of the Departments for which resources are being selected.
